When she’s not performing, Constance returns to the ballet studio, her second home, where she hones her craft and reconnects with the language of movement.

Ballet, to her, is a disciplined pursuit of freedom and truth—demanding both precision and vulnerability—qualities she now carries into her acting.

It is within this space that two sides of Constance naturally converge: the youngest and only girl among her older brother and eight older male cousins, whose childhood adventures shaped her competitive tomboy spirit, and the delicate girl who once dreamed alone, weaving stories through play.

What she loves most about class is how sharing the barre with both a principal dancer and a first-time student can inspire and push her in equally meaningful ways.

“Freedom to a dancer means discipline. That is what technique is for — liberation.” — Martha Graham
